摘要
为了帮助老年人跨越“数字鸿沟”,提高英语词汇习得水平,文章基于“希沃智能白板+移动应用Quizlet”的混合式词汇教学模式,展开了为期15周的准实验研究。结果显示实验组的词汇测试分数与对照组出现了显著差异,尤其是线上学习的时长与学习方式偏好影响了实验组的词汇习得效果;同时,混合式教学提高了教师的数字素养和能动性,人机互动和游戏化学习激发了学员的兴趣,有利于改善英语语音和记忆力。据此,建议加强平台资源建设、积极情绪研究和数字素养培训,以提升老年人的混合学习效果。
To assist the elderly in bridging the"digital divide"and improving their English vocabulary acquisition,this article conducted a 15-week quasi-experimental study based on the blended vocabulary teaching model of"smart whiteboard Seewo+mobile app Quizlet".The results displayed that the lexical test scores of the experimental group were significantly different from those of the control group,and notably the duration of online learning and the preference for learning modes affected the performance in lexical acquisition of the experimental group.Meanwhile,blended teaching enhanced the teacher's digital literacy and agency,and human-smartphone interaction and gamified learning stimulated students'interest,which is beneficial for improving their English pronunciation and memory.Thus,it is suggested that digital resources construction,positive emotions research,and digital literacy training should be strengthened to boost the effectiveness of blended learning for the elderly.
