浅析新时代高校劳动教育课程的实施——以新疆Y校为例

摘要 劳动教育课程在帮助学生掌握劳动基本知识和技能、塑造优良劳动品质等方面发挥着重要作用。对新疆某校劳动教育课程进行调研后发现,课程内容滞后、课堂参与度低、课程考核单一、课程同质化等问题比较突出。基于此,提出融合专业特色,丰富劳动课程内容;优化教学方法,促进学生课堂参与;灵活课程考核,提高劳动课程挑战度;关注学生需求,推进劳动课程层次化等改进措施。 The labor education curriculum plays a fundamental role in helping students master the basic knowledge and skills of labor and shaping the fine labor quality.The investigation of labor education curriculum in the case university found that the most prominent problems were lagging course content,low class participation,single course assessment and curriculum homogenization.Based on this,it is proposed to integrate professional characteristics and enrich the content of labor courses,optimize teaching methods and promote students'participation in class,flexibilize curriculum assessment,improve the challenge of labor curriculum,pay attention to the needs of students and promote the hierarchy of labor curriculum.
