职业院校劳动教育课程建设的现实困境及推进策略 被引量:5

摘要 劳动教育课程建设既是一个如何科学建构课程体系的理论问题,又是一个怎样规范推进课程实施的实践问题。目前,职业院校劳动教育课程建设存在课程建设的思想观念较为滞后、课程建设的目标比较模糊、课程资源的开发力度不够、课程实施的途径比较单一、课程建设的评价不够全面等认知误区和行动偏差。职业院校劳动教育课程建设应从转变思想观念、明确目标定位、开发课程资源、强化课程实施、完善评价机制等方面入手,有针对性地解决“为什么建”“怎样建”“如何实施”“建得怎么样”等问题,努力提高学生的劳动素养,进而推进职业教育实现高质量发展。 The construction of labor education curriculum is not only a theoretical problem of how to scientifically construct the curriculum system,but also a practical problem of how to standardize and promote the implementation of the curriculum.At present,there are cognitive misunderstandings and action deviations in the construction of labor education curriculum in vocational colleges,such as the lagging ideology of curriculum construction,the vague goal of curriculum construction,the insufficient development of curriculum resources,the single way of curriculum implementation,and the incomplete evaluation of curriculum construction.In the construction of labor education curriculum in vocational colleges we should start with changing ideas,clarifying target orientation,developing curriculum resources,strengthening curriculum implementation,and improving evaluation mechanisms to solve the problems of“why”,“how”,“how to implement”,and“how to build”in a targeted manner so as to improve students’labor literacy and then promote the high-quality development of vocational education.
