Objective To analyze and study the application value of omeprazole and mosapride in patients with laryngopharyngeal reflux disease. Methods A total of 80 patients with laryngopharyngeal reflux disease from December 2018 to December 2021 were selected and divided into control group(N=40)and observation group(N=40),the former group was treated with conventional therapy, while the latter group was treated with omeprazole combined with mosapride therapy, all the indexes(therapeutic effect, adverse reaction, quality of life and time of clinical symptom improvement)in the two groups were observed and analyzed. Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(p<0.05).The proportion of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in quality of life before intervention(P>0.05),but it was higher in the observation group than in the control group after intervention(p<0.05).The time of symptom disappearance in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion The combination of omeprazole and Mosapride can shorten the time of symptom improvement, improve the quality of life and reduce the adverse reactions in the treatment of patients with pharyngeal and laryngeal reflux disease,to a great extent,it improves the level of treatment and has the value of reference and application in clinical practice.
