摘要
目的探讨我院中药健脾降逆方治疗反流性咽喉疾病(LPRD)的临床疗效。方法根据反流症状指数评分量表(RSI>13)选取我院耳鼻喉科门诊2018年10月至2019年4月就诊患者中可疑LPRD患者57例,给予健脾降逆方治疗,疗程均为半月,记录治疗前、后各个症状及总的RSI分数的变化,用SPSS20.0进行分析。结果57例患者治疗后,显效人数42人,有效人数4人,无效人数11人,总有效率为80.7%。各症状及总的RSI治疗后评分明显低于治疗前,治疗后评分与治疗前相比,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论中药健脾降逆方可有效缓解LPRD患者的症状,尤其对于持续清嗓、烦人的咳嗽及咽喉异物感这些症状的临床疗效较好,具有临床使用价值,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Jian Pi Jiang Ni Prescription in the treatment of laryngopharyngeal reflux disease(LPRD).Methods According to the reflux symptom index scale(RSI>13),57 patients(admitted to our hospital)with suspected LPRD from October 2018 to April 2019 were selected and treated with Jian Pi Jiang Ni Prescription for half a month.The changes of symptoms and total RSI scores before and after treatment were recorded and analyzed with SPSS20.0.Results After treatment of 57 patients,42 were significantly effective,4 were effective and 11 were ineffective.The total effective rate was 80.7%.The scores of symptoms and total RSI after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the scores after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Jian Pi Jiang Ni Prescription can effectively alleviate the symptoms of LPRD patients,especially for the symptoms of persistent throat clearance,irritating cough and foreign body sensation in throat.It has clinical application value and is worth popularizing.
