摘要
习近平文化思想是标示党领导中国特色社会主义文化实践取得历史性成就和根本性变革的重要概念,也是标志着新时代中国特色社会主义文化建设实践生成的具有战略性高度的精神智识。在唯物史观视域中,习近平文化思想生成于文化实践所提供的基本立场之中,从观视文化的实践立场把握文化,它具有世界性与民族性两种属性,构成了习近平文化思想的结合要义;从文化发展的主客体的关系中把握其主体性与规律性,体现了习近平文化思想的价值自觉;习近平文化思想作为一种体现中华民族精神品质的理论建构,它源于实践又指导实践,不仅体现了从文化主动向实践主动的转换,而且释放出强大的实践伟力。
Xi Jinping’s Thought on Culture is an important concept that marks the historic achievements and fundamental changes made by the Party in leading the cultural practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and it is also a strategic spiritual intelligence generated by cultural construction in the new era.In the perspective of the materialist view of history,Xi Jinping’s Thought on Culture is generated within the basic position provided by cultural practice.From the practical perspective of viewing culture,grasping culture has two attributes:global and national,forming the essence of the combination of cultural thought;grasping the subjectivity and regularity of cultural development from the relationship between the subject and object reflects the value consciousness of Xi Jinping’s Thought on Culture;Xi Jinping’s Thought on Culture,as a theoretical construction that embodies the spiritual qualities of the Chinese nation,originates from practice and guides practice.It not only reflects the transformation from cultural initiative to practical initiative,but also releases a tremendous practical power.
