摘要
文化是一个国家、一个民族的灵魂。习近平文化思想是新时代党领导文化建设实践经验的理论总结,为新时代中国特色社会主义文化建设提供了强大思想武器与科学行动指南。深入探寻习近平文化思想的生成脉络,离不开习近平早期在地方从政时有关文化建设的深入思考与具体实践。其中,习近平在浙江工作期间提出关于文化建设的意义价值论、方向阵地论、发展创新论等重要论述,以及浙江文化大省建设、文化体制改革、文化八项工程等实践经验,是习近平文化思想在浙江萌发与实践的重要体现。习近平关于浙江文化建设的理论与实践,有助于我们深入理解习近平文化思想所具有的科学性、人民性、实践性、系统性等理论品格,对于当下学习贯彻习近平文化思想有着重要经验启示。
Culture is the soul of a country and a nation.Xi Jinping Thought on Culture is a theoretical summary of the Party's practical experience in leading the cultural construction in the new era,providing a powerful ideological weapon and a scientific guide for socialist cultural construction with Chinese characteristics in the new era.To deeply explore the origins of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture,we cannot ignore his in-depth thinking and specific practices related to cultural construction during his early years in local government.During his tenure in Zhejiang,Xi Jinping put forward important discussions on the significance and value,direction and positioning,and development and innovation of cultural construction.He also undertook the practical experiences such as the construction of Zhejiang as a culturally prosperous province,the reform of the cultural system,and the implementation of eight cultural projects.All these are important manifestations of the germination and practice of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture in Zhejiang.Xi Jinping's theory and practice regarding Zhejiang's cultural construction contribute to a deeper understanding of the theoretical characteristics of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture,including its practicality,systematicness,scientificity,and people-oriented nature,providing important experience and insights for the current study and implementation of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture.
