摘要
在体教融合背景下,多元主体的现实需求是人才培养的动力基础,资源分配与外部条件支持为人才培养提供了动力转化。然而,在体教融合视域下,竞技体育后备人才培养仍面临多元主体需求不一致,难以形成协同培养模式;资源配置不合理,尚未形成良好的人才转化机制;缺少评价标准,无法监测人才培养质量等现实困境。建议协同多元主体需求,形成人才培养的生态系统;构建多元化平台和管理机制,保障人才培养质量;完善科学的人才评价体系,实现“学、练、赛、评”一体化发展,以建设高质量竞技体育后备人才队伍。
Reserve talents are the important foundation for promoting the development of competitive sports,and it is of great significance to strengthen the training of reserve talents in competitive sports and build a high-level talent team.In the context of the integration of sports and education,the practical needs of multiple subjects are the dynamic foundation for talent cultivation,resource allocation and the support of external conditions provide driving transformation for talent cultivation,and the dynamic monitoring of talent cultivation is based on the evaluation and detection of training results.However,from the perspective of the integration of sports and education,the cultivation of reserve talents in competitive sports still faces practical difficulties,for example,inconsistent demands from multiple subjects make it difficult to form a collaborative training model,unreasonable resource allocation makes it difficult to form a good talent transformation mechanism,and the lack of evaluation standards makes it impossible to monitor the quality of talent cultivation.It is recommended to collaborate the needs of multiple subjects to form an ecosystem for talent cultivation,build diversified platforms and management mechanisms to ensure the quality of talent cultivation,and improve the scientific talent evaluation system to achieve the integrated development of"learning,training,competing and scoring",so as to build a high-quality reserve talent team for competitive sports.
