摘要
监狱安全稳定影响国家安全和社会稳定大局,统筹安全与发展的过程离不开监狱警察依法、有序、规范、高效的直接管理。在新发展阶段,基于监狱内部高质量发展需求以及市场经济政策倾斜等外部条件支持,监狱需通过抓培训、聚合力、提质量以及严考核等方式,攻克监狱警察直接管理难关,着力将劳动现场直接管理落到实处。
The security and stability of prions is crucial to national security and social stability.The process of coordinating security and development cannot be separated from the orderly,standard and efficient direct management of prison police in accordance with law.In the new development stage,based on the internal high-quality development needs of prisons and the external conditions such as the tilted market economy policy,prisons need to overcome the difficulties in the direct management of prison police through training,cohesion,quality improvement and strict assessment,and strive to implement the direct management of labor site.
