摘要
目的:为了确定电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定中药材中硼(B)、钠(Na)、铝(Al)、铅(Pb)、砷(As)等16种元素含量使用的标准曲线质量浓度范围。方法:通过配制标曲5个系列质量浓度,以锗(^(72)Ge)、铟(^(115)In)、铋(^(209)Bi)为内标,采用ICP-MS法测定16种元素的含量。结果:表明测定的16种金属元素,标准曲线的为0.995~0.9999。结论:可见优化后的标准曲线质量浓度范围符合要求,可用于中药材中16种金属元素的含量测定使用。
Objective Standard Curve Mass Concentration Range for Determination of 16 Elements of Boron(B), Sodium(Na), Aluminum(Al), Lead(Pb), Arsenic(As) in Chinese Herbal Medicine by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS).Methods The content of 16 elements was determined by ICP-MS method with germanium(^(72)Ge), indium(^(115)In)and bismuth(^(209)Bi) as internal standards through the preparation of 5 series of mass concentrations.Results The results show that the standard curve of 16 metal elements is 0.995-0.9999. Conclusion Therefore, the optimized standard curve can be used for the determination of 16 metal elements in Chinese medicinal materials.
