X射线荧光光谱仪与气相色谱-质谱联用法测定六溴环十二烷

摘要 建立了六溴环十二烷(HBCD)的测试方法并进行了确认,优化前处理方法,利用X射线荧光光谱仪进行初筛可以大大提高测试效率,采用甲苯-甲醇超声方法进行反萃取可以快速完成前处理。初筛结果与上机测试结果一致。标准曲线质量浓度范围:1~5 mg/L,线性相关系数大于0.999,该方法回收率在90%~110%之间,方法检出限为0.077 mg/L,方法定量限为0.258 mg/L。结果表明,X射线荧光光谱仪与气相色谱-质谱联用法可用于EPS泡沫样品的检测中,并且效率得到提高。 The hexabromocyclododecane(HBCD)testing method was established and confirmed.Optimization preprocessing methods,using an X-ray fluorescence spectrometer for initial screening can greatly improve testing efficiency.The use of toluene methanol ultrasonic method for reverse extraction can quickly complete pre-treatment.The initial screening results are consistent with the GC-MS test results.Standard curve concentration range:1-5 mg/L,The linear correlation coefficient is greater than 0.999,the recovery rate of this method is between 90%-110%,the detection limit of the method is 0.077 mg/L,and the quantitative limit of the method is 0.258 mg/L.The results show that the combination of X-ray fluorescence spectrometer and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry can be used to detect hexabromocyclododecane in EPS foam samples,and the efficiency is improved.
