摘要 对原子吸收法测定干香菇中镉含量的测量不确定度进行评定.干香菇中镉的测定按GB/T 5009.15—2014《食品安全国家标准食品中镉的测定》中的石墨炉原子吸收法进行.建立干香菇中镉含量不确定度的数学模型,不确定度来源于样品称量、样品溶液定容、样品重复性测量、标准溶液配制及标准曲线拟合引入的不确定度,计算这些分量的不确定度最后得出合成标准不确定度.经评定,测得样品中干香菇的镉含量为1.01 mg/kg,扩展不确定度为0.028 mg/kg,k=2;同时可以得出标准溶液配制过程中产生的不确定度对最终不确定度影响最大的结论. The uncertainty degree of the measurement of the cadmium content in dry mushrooms is evaluated.Cadmium in dry mushrooms is measured by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry under The Determination of Cadmium in Food Safety National Standard Food(GB/T 5009.15-2014)An uncertainty mathematical model of the measurement of dry mushrooms is established. By assessment, uncertainty comes from the sample weighing, sample solution volume, sample repeatability measurement, standard solution configuration and the uncertainty of the introduction of standard curve fitting. The uncertainty of these components is calculated and the synthetic standard uncertainty is obtained. The cadmium content of dried mushrooms is 1.01 mg/kg,expanded uncertainty is 0.028 mg/kg, k =2. At the same time, it can be concluded that the uncertainty of the preparation of standard solution has the greatest influence on the final uncertainty.
