摘要
总结李伟莉名中医治疗绝经前后诸证的临床经验。李师认为该病的发病之根在肾,发病之源在心脾,采用脏腑辨证,以肾虚为本,心脾亏虚为标,从肾心脾三脏论治,临证自拟七七方治疗绝经前后诸证,提出以“补肾、健脾、养心”为治疗大法,标本同治,配合心理疏导,取得的疗效显著,并附典型病案1则以验证。
Summarize the clinical experience of Li Weili,a famous Chinese medicine practitioner,in treating various syndromes before and after menopause.Master Li believes that the root cause of this disease is the kidneys,and the source of the disease is the heart and spleen.He uses viscera syndrome differentiation,taking kidney deficiency as the root and heart and spleen deficiency as the standard.He treats the three internal organs based on the kidney,heart and spleen,and prepares seven or seven prescriptions for the clinical syndrome.For the treatment of various syndromes before and after menopause,it is proposed to“tonify the kidney,strengthen the spleen,and nourish the heart”as the treatment method.Treating the symptoms and root causes together with psychological counseling has achieved remarkable results.A typical case is attached for verification.
