摘要
杨秉秀教授,国家级名老中医,全国第四批名老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师,从事中医药治疗妇科疾病50余年,经验丰富。杨老认为多囊卵巢综合征乃因先天禀赋不足、情绪障碍、饮食失调所致,病位在肝肾,与脾密切相关,其病机主要为肾虚肝郁,痰湿、瘀血为病理产物。杨老临证治疗时以肾为本,温润填精,疏肝理气,调整脏腑;以通为要,行消开导,温化痰湿,利水通经;化痰破瘀,活血利水,宣畅气机,痰瘀同治。其以补肾疏肝、燥湿健脾、化痰祛瘀为法,标本兼治,配合心理疏导,临床疗效显著。
Professor Yang Bingxiu,a national famous old Chinese medicine,is the instructor of the academic experience inheritance of the fourth batch of national famous old Chinese medicine experts.Prof.Yang Bingxiu has been engaged in the treatment of gynecological diseases with traditional Chinese medicine for more than 50 years and has rich experience.Prof.Yang believes that polycystic ovary syndrome is caused by congenital endowment deficiency,emotional disorders and eating disorders,and the disease is located in the liver and kidney,which is closely related to the spleen.Its pathogenesis is mainly kidney deficiency and liver depression,and phlegm dampness and blood stasis are the pathological products.Prof.Yang′s clinical treatment is based on the kidney,warming,moistening and filling essence,soothing liver and regulating Qi,and adjusting visceral organs.In the treatment,the attention should be placed on dredging,promoting Qi circulation and dispersing masses,warming and removing phlegm-dampness,and promoting urination and dredging the meridians.Resolving phlegm and breaking blood stasis,promoting blood circulation and urination,regulating Qi activity,and both treatment of phlegm and blood stasis are often used.With the methods of tonifying kidney and soothing liver,drying dampness and invigorating spleen,eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis,the symptoms and root causes are treated together.Combined with psychological guidance,the therapy is remarkable in clinical effect.
