摘要
目的分析慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者中医特色人文关怀配合心理疏导的意义与价值。方法选取我院2020年1月—2022年1月收治的100例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者,按随机分组对照研究,将采取心理疏导干预的50例患者作为对照组,采取中医特色人文关怀配合心理疏导的50例患者作为观察组。经临床护理干预后,观察两组应用效果,包括干预前后心理状态变化、APACHEⅡ评分以及患者对护理质量的满意度情况。结果干预前,两组心理状态、APACHEⅡ评分组间比较差异不明显无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者心理状态评分(SAS、SDS评分)均低于对照组,差异明显有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者APACHEⅡ评分低于对照组,差异明显有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对行为规范、护理措施、健康教育、护理态度的满意度均高于对照组,差异明显有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医特色人文关怀配合心理疏导对慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者有显著效果,不仅可缓解其负性心理应激,还能加强积极应对疾病的心理,有利于提升治疗效果,加强护患之间良好关系,从而提高整体护理质量,提升患者对护理工作的满意度,对患者的生活质量产生积极影响,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To analyze the significance and value of humanistic care with psychological counseling in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with respiratory failure.Methods 100 patients of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with respiratory failure admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected.According to the randomized control study,50 patients with psychological counseling intervention were selected as the control group,and 50 patients with TCM humanistic care and psychological counseling were taken as the observation group.After the clinical nursing intervention,the application effects of both groups were observed,including the change of psychological state before and after the intervention,the APACHEⅡ score,and the patients'satisfaction with the quality of care.Results Before intervention,the difference between the psychological status and APACHEⅡ scores was not statistically significant(P 0.05);after intervention,the psychological status scores(SAS and SDS scores)of the observation group were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in the observation group,the satisfaction with behavior norms,nursing measures,health education,and nursing attitude was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine humanistic care with psychological counseling for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure has significant effect,not only can alleviate the negative psychological stress,also can strengthen the psychological actively coping with the disease,to improve treatment effect,strengthen the good relationship between nurses,so as to improve the overall quality of nursing,improve patients of nursing satisfaction,positive impact on patient's quality of life,has a high application value.
