摘要
尽管绿色建筑的数量正在增加,但达到绿色建筑标准的比例依然相对较小,而且,早期的住宅建筑标准不够,导致能源消耗过多,严重影响了环境质量。由于保温性能较弱,再加上基础设施的欠缺,无法满足人们对于舒适、安全、健康生活的追求,因此,对现存的社区进行绿色改造和更新已经成为当务之急。文章通过分析国内外研究现状以及以成都市武侯区玉林路社区更新为例,探讨基于社区更新下的绿色住区改造设计,为其他城市绿色住区改造提供可行性策略以及建议。
Although the number of green buildings is increasing rapidly,the proportion that meets green building standards is still relatively small,and the early residential buildings are not marked enough,resulting in excessive energy consumption and seriously affecting environmental quality.Due to the weak thermal insulation performance and the lack of infrastructure,the current society cannot meet people's pursuit of comfortable,safe and healthy life.Therefore,green transformation and renewal of existing communities has become a top priority.By analyzing the research status at home and abroad and taking the community renewal of Yulin Road in Wuhou District of Chengdu as an example,this paper discusses the design of green residential renovation based on community renewal,and provides feasible strategies and suggestions for green residential renovation in other cities.
