摘要
多主体多目标集成优化是保障既有住区绿色改造市场有序运行的内在要求。基于市场运行视角,对比国内外既有建筑节能改造市场运行理论研究成果,论证既有住区绿色改造多主体多目标集成优化机理研究必要性。从市场运行有效性出发,分析既有住区绿色改造特殊性,规划与设计既有住区绿色改造多主体多目标集成优化机理研究目标与内容,拟定研究思路、技术路线等实施方案,分析研究可行性,构建既有住区绿色改造改造多主体多目标集成优化机理研究的基本框架,以丰富既有住区绿色改造市场运行行为决策理论,推动既有住区绿色改造市场健康有序运行。
The multi-agent multi-objective integrated optimization is an inherent requirement to ensure the orderly operation of green reconstruction market of existing residential areas. Based on the perspective of market operation, this research compared the Chinese and overseas theoretical research results of market operation of existing building energy-saving reconstruction to demonstrate the necessity of multi-agent multi-objective integrated optimization mechanism research for green reconstruction of existing residential areas. Based on the effectiveness of market operation,this research analyzed the particularity of green reconstruction of existing residential areas,planned and designed the research goals and contents of multi-agent multi-objective integrated optimization mechanism for green reconstruction of existing residential areas,formulated the implementing scheme including research idea and technical route,analyzed the study feasibility and constructed the basic research framework of multi-agent multi- objective integrated optimization mechanism for green reconstruction of existing residential areas to enrich the behavioral decision theory on market operation and promote the healthy and orderly operation of green reconstruction market of existing residential areas.
