摘要
介绍了网状虚拟组织的内涵,提出了网状虚拟组织的模式,并分析了该模式的核心——"联合协调小组"。根据项目实施阶段的不同,构建由不同参与方组成的联合协调小组,对如何更好地进行网状虚拟组织管理提出了建议。
First, this paper introduces the definition of netlike virtual organization. Second, it puts forward the model of netlike virtual organization and then analyzes the key-leading group of this model, “united harmonious group”. According to the different stage of project implementation, the united harmonious group is established, which is composed by construction participants. Finally, how to carrying on this model is discussed deeply.
