摘要
针对山西某矿50203综采工作面采空区遗煤自燃发火问题,结合现场条件提出将液态CO_(2)应用到采空区防灭火中。为确保施工安全,在通过临近的50204运输顺槽向50203采空区施工钻孔,钻孔终孔位于煤层顶板破碎带内,以便提高液态CO_(2)扩散效果,并具体对钻孔布置方案、液态CO_(2)灌注方法等进行阐述。现场应用后,50203采空区内CO浓度、O_(2)浓度分别降至0.0013%、3%以内,回风隅角及采面各支架后方CO浓度降至0.0002%以内,采空区内温度恢复正常,为后续煤炭回采创造了良好条件。
In response to the problem of spontaneous combustion of residual coal in the goaf of a 50203 fully mechanized mining face in Shanxi Province,combined with on-site conditions,it is proposed to apply liquid CO_(2)to the prevention and extinguishing of fire in the goaf.To ensure construction safety,drilling was carried out through the adjacent 50204 transportation channel towards the 50203 goaf.The final borehole was located in the fractured zone of the coal seam roof,in order to improve the diffusion effect of liquid CO_(2).The drilling layout plan and liquid CO_(2)injection method were specifically explained.After on-site application,the CO concentration and O_(2)concentration in the 50203 goaf decreased to within 0.0013%and 3%,respectively.The CO concentration in the return air corner and behind each support of the mining face decreased to within 0.0002%.The temperature in the goaf returned to normal,creating good conditions for subsequent coal mining.
