摘要
针对S205综放工作面在末采及回撤期间所面临的采空区自然发火险情,在分析CO浓度超限原因的基础上,制定了调整通风方式、向采空区注黄泥浆、工作面架间注高分子胶体等综合防灭火技术方案,并对工艺流程及技术参数进行设计,经工业性试验及监测数据分析,CO浓度很快降至正常范围,综合防灭火措施起到了很好的防灭火效果,技术及安全效益显著。
Aiming at the danger of goaf spontaneous combustion in S205 fully mechanized top coal caving face during the final mining and withdrawal period, based on the analysis of the reasons for CO concentration exceeding the limit, comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishment technical schemes such as adjusting the ventilation mode,injecting yellow mud into the goaf, and injecting polymer colloid between the supports in the face were formulated, and the process flow and technical parameters were designed. Through industrial tests and monitoring data analysis, the CO concentration quickly dropped to the normal range, The comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishment measures have played a very good role in fire prevention and extinguishment, with significant technical and safety benefits.
