煤矿深部采空区自然发火防治的技术实践

摘要 旧密闭墙破损漏风是导致自然发火安全风险的主要因素。针对花园煤矿采空区束管气体分析发现的自然发火风险问题,研究制定了双墙充填方式、喷浆浇筑方式、加强人员业务素质培训等技术措施。经实施后,采空区自然发火风险频次降低至0,防治措施效果良好。 The damage and air leakage of the old closed wall is the main factor leading to the safety risk of spontaneous combustion.Aiming at the risk of spontaneous combustion found by gas analysis in the goaf area of Huayuan Coal Mine,this paper studies and formulates the technical measures such as double-wall filling,shotcreting method and strengthening the professional quality training of personnel.After implementation,the risk frequency of spontaneous combustion in goaf area is reduced to 0,and the prevention and control measures are effective.
