摘要
通过稀土铒(Er)掺杂对锐钛矿TiO_(2)进行晶格缺陷调控,开发具有高催化活性的Er@R-TiO_(2)光催化剂,通过Raman光谱证明Er@R-TiO_(2)复合材料为锐钛矿相,FT-IR和PL光谱验证Er@R-TiO_(2)复合材料可以高效利用太阳光,增强其光催化性能。实验优化了Er@R-TiO_(2)光催化复合材料的掺杂物质的量比[n(Er)∶n(Ti)=1.5∶100.0],同时选取玫瑰红B染料模拟废水进行太阳光辐射(紫外光和可见光照射)光催化降解实验,评价Er@R-TiO_(2)光催化降解反应效率。经过90 min紫外光和240 min可见光照射后,Er@R-TiO_(2)光催化复合材料可以将玫瑰红B染料基本完全降解,降解率分别为99.5%和92.3%。
The development of a highly active photocatalyst,Er@R-TiO_(2),has been achieved through the regulation of lattice defects in anatase TiO_(2) doped with rare earth element Erbium(Er).Raman spectra analysis confirmed that the Er@R-TiO_(2) composite was in the anatase phase,while FT-IR and PL spectra demonstrate that the composite could efficiently utilize sunlight,enhancing its photocatalytic performance.The experiment on Er@R-TiO_(2) the dosage ratio of doped substances in photocatalytic composite materials has been optimized[n(Er)∶n(Ti)=1.5∶100.0].The photocatalytic degradation efficiency of the Er@R-TiO_(2) composite was evaluated using simulated wastewater containing rose red B dye and exposed to solar radiation(ultraviolet and visible light irradiation).After 90 min of ultraviolet light and 240 min of visible light irradiation,the Er@R-TiO_(2) photocat⁃alytic composite was able to completely degrade the rose red B dye,with degradation rates of 99.5%and 92.3%,respectively.
