摘要 TiO2纳米粒子具有良好的光学活性、催化活性及生物相容性。在TiO2纳米粒子表面可观测到Cyt c分子增强的拉曼信号。同Cyt c本体的拉曼光谱对比得知,吸附在TiO2表面的Cyt c分子的光谱有所不同,某些峰发生位移,某些峰的相对强度发生变化。同时,调节Cytc的浓度变化范围从10-4mol/L至5×10-7mol/L,发现了Cyt c分子增强拉曼光谱的浓度依赖性。吸附在TiO2纳米粒子表面的Cytc检测限可以达到5×10-6mol/L。 In this work,enhanced Raman spectra of cytochrome c(Cyt c) absorbed on TiO2nanoparticles have been observed.Raman spectra are quite different on Cyt c bulk according to the interaction between Cyt c and TiO2nanoparticles.The positions of some peaks shift and the relative intensities of some peaks change as well.For the quantitative analysis,the concentration of Cyt c is adjusted from 10-4mol/L to 5×10-7mol/L.Aconcentration-dependent relationship with intensity is found.Meanwhile,the detection limit of Cyt c can achieve as low as 5×10-6mol/L.It is possible to carry out semi-quantitative analysis of the concentration of Cytc.
