摘要
针对均相光催化体系催化剂磺酸铁酞菁(FePcS)分离困难、无法重复利用的问题,将FePcS负载在阳离子改性的棉纤维上,制得新型光催化剂。该催化剂在可见光的照射下能有效地催化H2O2降解难生物降解的有机染料活性红。考察了催化剂的用量、pH值及不同光源对降解作用的影响。实验结果表明,在模拟可见光照射下,纤维用量为1.0 g/L、H2O2浓度0.19 mol/L、pH值为4.93时,该催化剂可使40 mg/L活性红染料水溶液的脱色率接近100%,化学需氧量(COD)的去除率达67%,且能重复使用对环境无二次污染。
Iron-tetrasulfophthalocyanine as homogeneous photocatalyst was difficult to separate and couldn't be reused. A supported catalyst was obtained by reaction between modified cotton fiber and iron-tetrasulfophthalocyanine. Upon visible light irradiation in the presence of H2O2, this catalyst was found to be highly effective for the degradation of nonbiodegradable active red. The effects of concent of catalyst, pH value and lamp-house on the catalytic oxidation were investigated. The experiments indicated that active red in aqueous solution was decolored near 100% with COD removal rate of 67%, when the fiber dosage 1.0 g/L, the H2O2 dosage 0.19 mol/L, pH = 4.93, irradiated by simulant visible light. The catalyst was recyclable and it wound not cause any secondary pollution.
