摘要
全谷物糙米因其适度加工、营养价值丰富和特殊膳食功效成为研究和推广的热门谷物。采用超级微波消解全谷物糙米标准样品,参考GB 5009.123—2023《食品中铬的测定》中第二法(电感耦合等离子体质谱法,ICP-MS)测定全谷物糙米标准样品中铬含量。通过对称量、消解液定容、铬标准溶液、测量重复性等不确定度分量的评估,计算合成不确定度,最终给出超级微波消解-ICP-MS法测定糙米标准样品中铬的标准不确定度及扩展不确定度,为全谷物膳食科学合理制定奠定基础及开发全谷物健康食品提供依据。
Whole grain brown rice has become a popular cereal for research and promotion because of its moderate processing,rich nutritional value and special dietary benefits.In this research,the chromium content in the whole grain brown rice standard sample was determined by ICP-MS using super microwave digestion,with reference to the second method(Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry)in GB 5009.123—2023“Determination of Chromium in Foods”.Calculating the synthetic uncertainty by evaluating the uncertainty components of weighing,defibrillator settling,chromium standard solution,measurement repeatability,and other factors.The standard and extended uncertainties for the determination of chromium in brown rice standard samples by super microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry were finally given to provide a theoretical basis for the formulation of scientifically sound dietary guidelines for whole grains and the development of whole grain health foods.
