摘要
基于产教融合和工程设计的理念,采用校企联合的方式,指导化学化工专业本科毕业设计并付诸实践。在开展本科毕业设计时,以实际工程项目为依托,采用双导师矩阵式管理,帮助学生熟悉工程设计的实际流程,掌握工程设计的基础知识,增强工程应用和实践实战能力,最终达到提高毕业设计质量的目的。通过校企联合,高校和企业在本科毕业设计中发挥各自的优势,共同为社会培养高素质的工程技术人才。
To tackle the problems existing in the current undergraduate graduation design in chemistry&chemical engineering,this paper combines the method of collegeenterprise cooperation and the concept of project management and engineering design.During the practice,an actual project is chosen,and the dualtutor matrix management is adopted.This method helps the students better overview the engineering design process,master relevant knowledge,enhance their competence,improve their ability in real life,and overall enhance the quality of graduation design.Through collegeenterprise cooperation,universities and enterprises contribute their respective advantages in the undergraduate graduation design and jointly cultivate highquality engineering and technical talents for society.
