摘要
本科生毕业论文(设计)是高等院校专业人才培养的重要实践环节,也是人才培养质量的集中体现。当前,民办本科院校本科毕业论文(设计)质量保障体系还存在组织机构不健全,质管人员缺失;质量目标不明确,质量标准不全;资源保障不健全,监控环节缺位;评估反馈不聚焦,持续改进不足等问题。文章依托数字化管理平台,基于PDCA管理程序,探索、构建“八个模块”“九环节”“一保障”的毕业论文(设计)内部质量保障体系,持续改进和提升毕业论文(设计)质量。
Undergraduate graduation thesis(design)is an important practical link in the cultivation of professional talents in higher education institutions,and also a concentrated reflection of the quality of talent cultivation.At present,the quality assurance system for undergraduate thesis(design)in private undergraduate colleges still has inadequate organizational structure and a lack of quality management personnel;Unclear quality objectives and incomplete quality standards;Insufficient resource guarantee and missing monitoring links;The evaluation feedback is not focused,and there is insufficient continuous improvement.The article relies on a digital management platform and PDCA management program to explore and construct an internal quality assurance system for graduation thesis(design)with"eight modules,""nine links,"and"one guarantee",continuously improving and enhancing the quality of graduation thesis(design).
