摘要
目的:研究半夏白术天麻汤联合厄贝沙坦治疗高血压的效果。方法:选取2022年5月—2023年6月深圳市中西医结合医院确诊的110例高血压患者,以随机数表法将其分为参照组(n=55)和试验组(n=55)。两组均采取药物治疗方式,参照组治疗药物为厄贝沙坦,试验组治疗药物为半夏白术天麻汤联合厄贝沙坦,对其用药不良反应、血压、中医症候积分、炎症因子水平进行观察比较。结果:两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗前血压、中医症候积分、炎症因子水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后试验组舒张压、收缩压,胸闷心悸、头晕乏力、纳呆痰多积分,C反应蛋白(CRP)和降钙素原(PCT)均明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于采取药物方式进行治疗的高血压患者,半夏白术天麻汤和厄贝沙坦联合用药不会明显增加用药不良反应,而且也可明显改善胸闷心悸及头晕乏力等症状,更有利于帮助其控制血压水平,减轻炎症因子水平。
Objective:To study the effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with Irbesartan in the treatment of hypertension.Method:A total of 110 patients with hypertension diagnosed in Shenzhen Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from May 2022 to June 2023 were selected,they were divided into the reference group(n=55)and the experimental group(n=55)by random number table method.Both groups received drug treatment,the reference group was treated with Irbesartan,and the experimental group was treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with Irbesartan.The adverse reactions,blood pressure,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores and levels of inflammatory factors were observed and compared.Result:There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in blood pressure,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores and inflammatory factor level between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,chest tightness and palpitation,dizziness and fatigue,phlegm scores,C-reactive protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)of experimental group were significantly lower than those of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with hypertension treated with drugs,the combination of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction and Irbesartan does not significantly increase the drug adverse reactions,and can also significantly improve the symptoms of chest tightness and palpitation,dizziness and fatigue,which is more beneficial to help them control the level of blood pressure and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
