摘要
目的系统评价半夏白术天麻汤联合温胆汤治疗原发性高血压的有效性和安全性。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普数据库、EMbase、PubMed、SinoMed、the Cochrane Library中关于半夏白术天麻汤联合温胆汤治疗原发性高血压的临床随机对照试验,由2位研究者独立纳入文献、提取数据和质量评价,采用RevMan 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入26篇文献,涉及2790例病人。Meta分析结果表明:与对照组比较,试验组治疗总有效率[OR=4.98,95%CI(3.65,6.78),P<0.00001]升高,收缩压[MD=-12.51,95%CI(-14.41,-10.61),P<0.00001]、舒张压[MD=-9.75,95%CI(-11.36,-8.14),P<0.00001]和不良反应发生率[OR=0.24,95%CI(0.17,0.36),P<0.00001]降低。漏斗图不对称,可能存在发表偏倚。结论现有证据表明:半夏白术天麻汤联合温胆汤治疗原发性高血压具有较好的疗效和较高的安全性。
Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with Wendan Decoction in the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods The randomized controlled trials of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with Wendan Decoction in the treatment of essential hypertension were retrieved from CNKI,VIP,WanFang,EMbase,PubMed,SinoMed,and the Cochrane Library by computer.Two researchers independently included literature,extracted data,and evaluated the quality.RevMan 5.4 software was used for Meta-analysis.Results A total of 26 literatures were included,including 2790 patients.The results of Meta-analysis showed that compared with the control group,the total efficacy in the observation group[OR=4.98,95%CI(3.65,6.78),P<0.00001]was increased,and the systolic blood pressure[MD=-12.51,95%CI(-14.41,-10.61),P<0.00001],diastolic blood pressure[MD=-9.75,95%CI(-11.36,-8.14),P<0.00001]and the incidence of adverse reactions[OR=0.24,95%CI(0.17,0.36),P<0.00001]were lower.The funnel plot was asymmetric and bias existed.Conclusion The current evidence showed that Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with Wendan Decoction in the treatment of essential hypertension was effective and high safety.
