摘要
目的对高血压病眩晕患者应用半夏白术天麻汤合黄连温胆汤的康复效果进行分析.方法随机选取玉门市中医医院2018年1月—2020年1月收治的150例高血压病眩晕患者作为研究对象,将其按照简单随机化法均分为对照组(75例)和观察组(75例),对照组应用常规治疗,观察组应用半夏白术天麻汤合黄连温胆汤,对比两组临床效果、治疗前后收缩压、舒张压、眩晕症状评分及不良反应发生率.结果观察组疗效优于对照组,且观察组治疗后收缩压、舒张压水平、眩晕症状评分及不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论高血压病眩晕患者应用半夏白术天麻汤合黄连温胆汤治疗效果显著,能有效降低其血压水平,改善患者的眩晕症状且安全性较高,值得推广.
Objective To analyze the rehabilitation effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction and Huanglian Wendan Decoction on patients with hypertension vertigo.Methods 150 patients with hypertension and vertigo admitted to Yumen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2020 were randomly selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control groups(75 cases)and an observation group(75 cases)according to the simple randomization method,the control group applied conventional treatment,the observation group applied Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction and Huanglian Wendan Decoction.The clinical effects,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,dizziness scores before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure level,vertigo symptom score and adverse reaction rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction and Huanglian Wendan Decoction in patients with hypertension vertigo is remarkable,which can effectively reduce their blood pressure level,improve the symptoms of vertigo and have high safety,so it is worth popularizing.
