摘要
概述了水果品质无损检测的主要方法,包括近红外光谱无损技术、高光谱成像无损检测技术、智能感官仿生无损检测技术、声学特性无损检测技术和电学特无损检测技术,分析了不同检测方法的优缺点,并对未来水果的无损检测技术进行展望。
This review introduced the methods of nondestructive detection of fruit quality including near infrared spectrum,hyperspectral imaging,intelligent sensory,acoustic property and electrical characteristics nondestructive detection method and discussed their advantages and disadvantage.In adiition,the trends of nondestructive detection methods were predicted.
