摘要
研究了电激励信号的频率和电压对苹果、猕猴桃和梨电参数的影响。结果表明,随着电激励信号频率的增大,果品的电容、电阻以及损耗角正切值均减小;当信号电压小于电压临界值时,果品的各项电参数值基本保持不变,但当信号电压大于该临界值时,随着电压的增大,果品的电容和电阻值减小,损耗角正切急剧增大。不同果品的电压临界值不同,10kHz信号频率下,苹果、猕猴桃和梨的电压临界值分别为0.8,1.8和1.4V。
The influence of frequency and voltage of electric excitation signal on electric parameters of apple,kiwi fruit and pear are studied in this paper.The test results indicate that with the increase of frequency,the capacitance,resistance and losses tangent decrease.When the voltage of signal is less than critical voltage value,each electric parameter keeps constant,while capacitance and resistance decrease and loss tangent increases sharply with increase of voltage when the voltage is bigger than the critical voltage value.The critical voltage value is different in different fruits.Under 10 kHz,the value is 0.8,1.8 and 1.4 V for apple,kiwi fruit and pear respectively.
