摘要
目的 探讨石化企业职工职业紧张与血糖异常相关性及其影响因素。方法 采用整群随机抽样方法,以工作需求-自主(JDC)和付出-回报失衡(ERI)两种模式评估某石化企业1 683名员工职业紧张状况,并收集调查对象的一般人口学特征、工作特征、生活方式和健康检查资料。结果 JDC和ERI模式下,某石化企业员工职业紧张检出率分别为28.4%和27.2%。检出血糖异常73人(4.5%)。不同年龄、婚姻状况、工龄、视屏作业和月收入间血糖异常检出率差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血糖异常组体质量指数(BMI)显著高于血糖正常组(P<0.001)。多重线性回归分析显示,在JDC和ERI模式下,BMI、年龄、工作制度、工龄均与血糖水平呈显著正相关。在ERI模式下,内在投入与血糖水平呈显著正相关。结论 BMI、年龄、工作制度和工龄是某石化企业员工血糖异常的影响因素。在ERI模式下,内在投入与职工血糖水平呈正相关。
Objective To explore the correlation between occupational stress and dysglycemia and its influencing factors in petrochemical enterprise employees.Methods Using cluster random sampling method,the occupational stress status of 1683 employees from a petrochemical enterprise were evaluated using two models:job demand⁃control(JDC)and effort⁃reward imbal⁃ance(ERI),and the general demographic characteristics,work characteristics,lifestyle,and health examination data of the survey subjects were collected as well.Results The results showed that in JDC and ERI models,the detection rates of occupa⁃tional stress were 284%and 272%,respectively;dysglycemia was detected in 73 persons(45%),there were statistically significant differences in detection rate of dysglycemia among the groups with different age,marital status,length of service,VDT operation and monthly income(P<005),and the BMI of the dysglycemia group was significantly higher than that of normal blood glucose levels group(P<0001).The multiple linear regression analysis showed that BMI,age,work system,and length of service were significantly positively correlated with blood glucose levels in both JDC and ERI models.Conclusion The results suggested that BMI,age,work system and length of service were the influencing factors of dysglycemia in employees of a petrochemical enterprise,and in ERI model,there was a significant positive correlation between over⁃commitment and blood glucose levels of employees.
