摘要
目的了解上海市某社区成人的血糖情况,为科学防控糖尿病提供依据。方法以上海市某社区11个街镇、55个村居随机整群抽样的5027名18岁及以上社区居民为样本,对他们进行调查。结果本调查的血糖异常率为11.14%,男性异常率(13.20%)高于女性(9.55%)。糖化血红蛋白异常率为3.62%,其中男性糖化血红蛋白异常率为4.2%,女性为3.17%。经多因素分析,超敏C-反应蛋白与空腹血糖、同型半胱氨酸有统计学关联。结论该社区居民的血糖异常率和糖化血红蛋白异常率较高,需加强健康干预和健康科普,降低热量和碳水化合物、油脂摄取,并科学运动,以有效控制血糖异常。
Objective To understand the blood glucose status of adults in a community of Shanghai,and to provide basis for scientific prevention and control.Methods A total of 5027 residents 18 years old and over were randomly sampled from 55 villages and 11 towns in a community of Shanghai.Results The abnormal rate of blood glucose was 11.14%,and the abnormal rate of male(13.20%)was higher than that of female(9.55%).The abnormal rate of glycosylated hemoglobin was 3.62%,with 4.2%in male and 3.17%in female.Multivariate analysis showed that high sensitivity C-reactive protein was significantly associated with fasting blood glucose and homocysteine.Conclusion The abnormal rate of blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of residents in this community is high.It is necessary to strengthen health intervention and health science popularization,reduce the intake of calories,carbohydrates and fats,and carry out scientific exercise to effectively control the abnormal blood glucose.
