摘要
临床上由男性因素引起的不育症在我国不孕不育疾病中占有很大比例,严重危害人类生殖健康。本文主要基于不育症中西医临床病证特点,参照临床诊断标准,对现有的不育症动物模型进行探讨,整理分析建立不育症中西医的诊断标准,并对现有的动物模型与临床症状进行吻合度评价。分析结果显示,现有的不育症动物模型主要有肾阳虚型、阴虚型、解脲脲原体感染、精索静脉曲张、少弱精子症、生精障碍、等几种模型,以西医模型类型较多。未来应该加大中医证型的建立,增加中医的临床检测指标,提高模型与临床疾病吻合度。
Clinically,the infertility caused by male factors accounts for a large proportion in the infertility cases in China,which seriously endangers human reproductive health.This paper discussed the existing animal models of male infertility with reference to clinical diagnostic criteria,analyzed and established the diagnostic criteria for male infertility in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and western medicine,and evaluated the existing animal models by comparison of model characteristics with clinical symptoms.The existing animal models of male infertility mainly include Shenyangxu(肾阳虚),Yinxu(阴虚),Ureaplasma urealyticum infection,varicocele,oligoasthenospermia,and spermatogenesis disorders,most of which are based on western medicine.In the future,efforts should be made to establish more models of male infertility based on TCM syndromes,increase the TCM indicators for clinical detection,and improve the consistency between models and clinical symptoms.
