摘要
目的:探讨救治一体化体系在急危重症患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年8月—2023年7月广东省第二人民医院救治的6 882例急诊患者作为观察组,选取2021年8月—2022年7月救治的6 532例急诊患者作为对照组。对照组采用传统急救模式,观察组采用救治一体化体系急救模式。比较两组院前急救反应时间、急诊科救治时间、院内转运时间、急救成功率、患者家属满意度。结果:观察组院前急救反应时间、急诊科救治时间、院内转运时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组急救成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组患者家属对服务态度、急救方案、急救效果的评分及总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:救治一体化体系在急危重症患者中的应用效果显著,可提高急救效率、救治成功率及患者家属满意度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of the integrated treatment system in acute and critically ill patients.Methods:A total of 6882 emergency patients treated in Guangdong Second Provincial General Hospital from August 2022 to July 2023 were collected as the observation group,and 6532 emergency patients treated from August 2021 to July 2022 were collected as the control group.The control group adopted traditional emergency mode,and the observation group adopted the integrated treatment system emergency mode.The pre-hospital first aid response time,emergency department treatment time,in-hospital transport time,first aid success rate and family member's satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results:The prehospital first aid response time,emergency department treatment time and in-hospital transport time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The success rate of first aid in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The scores of the family members on service attitude,first aid plan and first aid effect and total scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The integrated treatment system has a significant application effect in acute and critically ill patients,and can increase the first aid efficiency,treatment success rate and family member's satisfaction.
