摘要
目的：探讨危急重症患者实施护理过程中通过对患者进行急诊一体化救治护理方法的临床疗效。方法选取我院2014年10月～2015年10月收治的危急重症患者800例，将患者分为观察组以及对照组，对比两组患者护理效果、死亡率及满意度。结果观察组临床护理效果高于对照组，患者的死亡率以及患者的临床满意程度有差异，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论实施急诊一体化救治护理，能够提升临床护理效果，是一种安全有效的救治方法.
Objective To explore the clinical effect of the emergency treatment the patients with severe critical care in the course of nursing. Methods Selected 800 cases from October 2014 to October 2015 in our hospital, were divided into the observation group and the control group, compared the treatment effect, death rate and satisfaction of two groups. Results The observation group clinical treatment effect was higher than the control group, patients death rate and satisfaction exist different, P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion Emergency of integrated treatment and nursing methods can improve the clinical nursing effect, it is a safe and effective treatment method.
