摘要
针对现有实验室远程监控系统存在数据传输时延长、数据采集丢包率高的问题,提出基于光纤通信技术的实验室远程监控系统设计。系统硬件主要包括核心控制模块、A/D转换模块、光纤收发模块等;系统软件包括光纤线路8B/10B编解码、监控数据处理分析模型及监控数据分布式存储等设计。通过对比实验证明所提系统的先进性,实验结果表明:所提系统可对实验室运行设备及危险品进行良好监控,提升其信息化管理水平,且其传输时延较短,仅为17 ms,数据传输数据包丢失率较低,小于1.95%,具有较大的应用价值。
Aiming at the problems of data transmission delay and high packet loss rate in the existing laboratory remote monitoring system,a design of laboratory remote monitoring system based on optical fiber communication technology is proposed.The system hardware mainly includes core control module,A/D conversion module,optical transceiver module,etc.The system software includes the design of optical fiber line 8B/10B encoding and decoding,monitoring data processing analysis model and monitoring data distributed storage.Through comparative experiments,it is proved that the proposed system is progressiveness.Through comparative experiments,it is proved that the proposed system is progressiveness.The experimental results show that the proposed system can well monitor laboratory operating equipment and dangerous goods,improve their information management level,and its transmission delay is short,only 17 ms,and the data transmission packet loss rate is low,less than 1.95%,which has great application value.
