摘要
传统实验室远程监控系统的监测点个数比较多时内,存在数据延迟较大的问题,因此,提出了基于光空间感知信息的实验室远程监控系统。系统硬件主要包括协调器节点、采集身份信息、监控等模块,其中协调器节点模块主要由处理器单元、电源管理单元等构成;采集身份信息模块负责人员身份信息采集;监控模块选择CMOS USB接口摄像头。系统软件的终端远程监控模块能够实现判断、分析数据处理等功能,通信模块负责进行模块之间的通信与信息交换,通过硬件与软件相结合实现实验室的远程监控。测试实验结果表明,系统的数据延迟低于50 ms,远远低于传统系统,实现了实验室远程监控系统的性能大幅度提升。
the traditional laboratory remote monitoring system has considerable data delay when the number of monitoring points is relatively large. Therefore,a laboratory remote monitoring system based on optical space sensing information is proposed. The hardware of the system mainly includes coordinator node,identity information acquisition,monitoring and other modules,in which the coordinator node module is mainly composed of processor unit and power management unit;the identity information acquisition module is responsible for personnel identity information collection;the monitoring module selects CMOS USB interface camera. The terminal remote monitoring module of the system software can realise the functions of judgment,analysis and data processing. The communication module is responsible for the communication and information exchange between the modules and realises the remote monitoring of the laboratory through the combination of hardware and software. The test results show that the data delay of this system is less than 50 ms,which is far lower than the traditional system. The performance of the remote monitoring system in the laboratory is greatly improved.
