基于激光测距原理的带式输送机监控系统对煤流量的检测 被引量:15

摘要 为解决带式输送机煤流量难以实时准确检测的问题,为带式输送机监控系统提出一种基于激光测距原理的煤流量检测方案。利用C#语言编写监控系统中的上位机软件,采用TCP/IP协议实现激光测距仪与上位机的通信;利用激光测距仪采集输送带表面和煤流的横向轮廓点云数据,将点云数据通过以太网传输给带式输送机监控系统;由上位机对点云数据进行处理,采用扇形面积积分方法计算输送带上煤的横向轮廓面积,并结合煤的密度和输送带运行速度计算煤流量,实现输送带上煤流量的实时检测。并搭建实验平台对该检测方法进行验证。结果表明:该系统能够准确检测带式输送机的煤流量,检测精度达到95%以上、具有实时性强,准确性、可靠性和安全性高等优点,在煤炭、矿山、港口、电力等领域具有广泛应用前景。 In order to solve the problem that the coal flow of belt conveyor was difficult to detect accurately in real time,a detection scheme of coal flow in the monitoring system of belt conveyor based on laser ranging principle was proposed. The host computer software of the monitoring system was implemented with C# language,TCP/IP protocal was used to realize the communication between the laser range finder and the upper computer. The laser ranging instrument was used to collect point cloud data of the transverse contour of conveyor belt surface and coal flow,and the point cloud data was sent to the belt conveyor monitoring system through ethernet. Based on point cloud data,the host computer calculated the transverse contour area of coal on conveyor belt by the sector area integral method. Combining with the coal density and the running speed of the conveyor belt,the coal flow was calculated and the real time detection of the coal flow on the conveyor belt was realized. A experimental platform was developed to verify the proposed method. The experimental results show that the system can accurately detect the coal flow on the belt conveyor,and the detection accuracy is more than 95%. With the advantages of real-time,high accuracy,reliability and safety,it has a wide application prospect in the fields of coal,mine,port,power,etc.
