创新能力培育视角下“食品化学实验”教学模式改革研究

摘要 在国家创新驱动战略实施背景下,高校肩负着培育创新型人才的重要任务,应高度重视大学生创新意识、创新素质及创新能力的协同培养。在“食品化学”课程实验教学中,以创新能力培育为目标,应突出学生主体地位,探索新的教学方法,形成科研与教学相长教学模式。在阐述培养食品类专业学生创新能力的重要性基础上,分析现阶段“食品化学实验”教学中存在的突出问题,侧重从创新能力培育视角出发,提出从合理优化实验教学内容、创新实验教学方法、改进实验评价形式等方面改革食品类专业“食品化学实验”教学模式,提升“食品化学实验”教学实效,助力新形势下高校食品类专业创新型人才的培育。 Under the background of the implementation of the national innovation-driven strategy,colleges and universities shoulder the important task of cultivating innovative talents,and should attach great importance to the collaborative cultivation of college students'innovative consciousness,innovative quality and innovative ability.In the experimental teaching of Food Chemistry,with the cultivation of innovative ability as the goal,colleges and universities should highlight the dominant position of students,explore new teaching methods,and form a teaching model of mutual learning between scientific research and teaching.On the basis of expounding the importance of cultivating the innovative ability of students majoring in food,this paper analyzed the outstanding problems existing in the experimental teaching of Food Chemistry Expermental at the present stage.Finally,from the perspective of cultivating innovative ability,the paper proposed to reform the experimental teaching mode of Food Chemistry Expermental in food specialty from the aspects of reasonably optimizing experimental teaching content,innovating experimental teaching methods and improving the form of experimental evaluation in order to improve the effectiveness of Food Chemistry Experiment teaching and help the cultivation of innovative talents of food majors in colleges and universities under the new situation.
