新农人培养视域下栽培环境课程实训项目设计探究

摘要 栽培环境课程是高等职业教育农林类专业的必修专业基础课,是从事农林植物栽培、养护、管理工作必须学习的基础课程之一。以提高学生的职业技能和综合素养作为研究出发点,将以人为本的素质教育贯穿始终,从课程概况、实训课程内容及任务体系设计、实训项目设计理念、教学方法与手段及考核评价方式等方面进行梳理,旨在探索构建体现工学结合,体现培养手段与培养目标、岗位需要相对接,突出成果导向,符合高职教育层次和水平的课程实训体系。实行有效课堂教学,同时落实高校立德树人根本任务。结合教学内容,挖掘课程思政元素,思政教育与理论知识相融入,深入到工作任务单元中,充分体现高职教学的实践性和职业性,满足学生就业与发展的需要。 The course Cultivation Environment is a compulsory basic course for agricultural and forestry majors in higher vocational education,and it is one of the basic courses that must be learned for those who will be engaged in the cultivation,maintenance and management of agricultural and forestry plants.Taking the improvement of students'vocational skills and comprehensive literacy as the research starting point,this paper involves people-oriented quality education,makes an analysis from the aspects of curriculum overview,design of training course content and task system,design concept of training project,teaching methods and means,assessment and evaluation,etc.The purpose of this paper is to explore and construct to reflect the combination of work and study,to reflect the connection between training means and training objectives and post needs,and to highlight the guidance of achievements.The curriculum training system that accords with the level and standard of higher vocational education.We are supposed to carry out effective classroom teaching and carry out the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people in colleges and universities.According to the teaching content,we should probe the ideological and political elements of the curriculum,integrate ideological and political education with theoretical knowledge,and go deep into the task unit,so as to fully reflect the practical and professional natures of higher vocational teaching,and meet the needs of students'employment and development.
