摘要
“以产出为导向”的OBE教学理念和“以学生为中心”的混合式教学模式均强调学习主体的唯一性。基于OBE理念的混合式教学是当下课程教学改革的重要方向之一,但多样化的教学手段和多层次的教学目标增加了课程教学质量评价的难度。目标达成度是评价课程教学效果的重要指标,在OBE+混合式教学模式下,依据支撑毕业要求指标点设定知识、能力、素质三级课程目标,构建课程目标达成度评价指标体系,利用目标达成度评价法对《物流系统仿真》课程教学质量进行评价,清晰课程目标达成度和学生个人目标达成度,以期促进教学质量改革和学生能力素质培养,实现动态教学改革路径。
The OBE concept of“output oriented”and the blended teaching model of“student centered”both emphasize the uniqueness of the learning subject.The blended teaching based on the OBE concept is one of the important directions of current course teaching reform,but the diverse teaching methods and multi-level teaching objectives increase the difficulty of evaluating the quality of course teaching.Goal achievement is an important indicator for evaluating the teaching effectiveness of the course.Under the blended teaching mode based on the OBE,knowledge,ability,and quality level course objectives are set based on the supporting graduation requirements indicators,and a course goal achievement evaluation index system is constructed.The goal achievement evaluation method is used to evaluate the teaching quality of the“Logistics System Simulation”course,and clarify the degree of course goal achievement and the degree of student personal goal achievement,so as to promote the reform of teaching quality and the cultivation of students abilities and qualities,and achieve a dynamic teaching reform path.
