思政元素嵌入“施工技术与组织”课程教学改革研究 被引量:1

摘要 “施工技术与组织”课程思政改革对培养高素质工程管理专业技术人才具有重要意义。探讨思政元素嵌入“施工技术与组织”课程的教学目标,设计思政元素嵌入课程的教学内容,并在此基础上,充分挖掘思政元素嵌入课程的教学方法,主要包括案例教学法、人物故事感悟教学法、角色扮演教学法以及混合式教学模式。同时,为了保障思想政治教育嵌入的有效性,对考核方式进行了变革。通过问卷分析和期末总评成绩,检验思政元素嵌入课程的教学效果。结果表明,89.47%的学生认为思政元素嵌入课程中有利于加深对课程专业知识的理解;实施课程思政教学改革后,优秀率由2.78%提高到4.72%,不及格率由8.33%降低到7.55%,验证了思政元素嵌入课程模式的有效性。 The ideological and political reform of Construction Technology and Organization course is of great significance to the cultivation of high quality engineering management professional and technical personnel.This paper discusses the teaching goal of embedding ideological and political elements into the course of Construction Technology and Organization,and designs the teaching content of the course.On this basis,the teaching methods of ideological and political elements embedded in the course are fully explored,including case teaching method,character story perception teaching method,role playing teaching method and blended teaching mode.In order to ensure the effectiveness of ideological and political education,the assessment methods should be reformed.Finally,the teaching effect of embedding ideological and political elements in the course is tested through questionnaire analysis and final overall evaluation scores.The results show that 89.47%of the students think that the ideological and political elements embedded in the curriculum is conducive to deepening the understanding of the curriculum professional knowledge.After the implementation of ideological and political teaching reform,the failure rate decreases from 8.33%to 7.55%,and the excellent rate increases from 2.78%to 4.72%,which verifies the effectiveness of the ideological and political embedding model.
