摘要
高质量的课程思政建设需要深入挖掘思政教学资源并将融入实践教学中。教师通过构建以思想政治教育为核心、注重实践能力培养的教学体系,旨在培养具备创新思维、积极社会责任感和扎实专业素养的高素质工程管理人才,以应对多元化、全球化的工程管理挑战。同时为工程管理领域的持续发展提供有益的探索和启示,为思政教育在塑造综合能力和价值观方面起到关键作用。
The construction of high-quality curriculum ideology and politics needs to dig ideological and political teaching resources deeply and integrates them into practical teaching.The teachers of the research group build a teaching system with ideological and political education as the core and practical ability training as the focus,aiming to cultivate high-quality engineering management talents with innovative thinking,positive social responsibility and solid professional quality to meet the challenges of diversified and global engineering management.And at the same time,it provides beneficial exploration and enlightenment for the sustainable development in engineering management field,and plays a key role of ideological and political education in shaping comprehensive ability and values.
