福州某仿古塔式建筑搭接转换结构分析

摘要 延福塔是一栋仿古塔式建筑,建筑外立面层层收进,每层框架柱均不连续。每层各柱均较下层内退160mm。结构上采用环状梁衔接上下层柱,上下层柱在转换梁高范围内形成搭接转换。采用YJK及Midas软件对结构进行分析和设计,重点进行了结构抗震性能设计和搭接块节点分析。结果表明,搭接转换形式力学性能安全可靠,合理地解决了建筑立面的收进要求。 Yanfu Tower is an antique Tower style architecture.The facade of the building is retracted layer by layer,and the frame columns on each floor are discontinuous..Each column in each layer is set back 160mm from the lower layer.Structurally,circular beams are used to connect the upper and lower columns,and the upper and lower columns form overlapping transitions within the the transfer beam.YJK and Midas software are used to analyze and design the structure,focusing on the seismic performance design of the structure and the nodal analysis of the lapping block.The results indicate that the mechanical performance of the lap joint conversion form is safe and reliable,and it reasonably solves the retraction requirements of the building facade.
