摘要
天津嘉里中心8#公寓楼高204.31m,采用型钢混凝土框架-剪力墙组合结构体系。在层6由型钢混凝土转换构件将上部密柱外框架转换为落地疏柱,并通过搭接墙将顶部16.9m间距墙体转换为底部的18.3m间距,以获得更大的建筑空间。设计中对高位型钢混凝土转换层进行了深入计算分析,保证了转换结构的抗震性能目标和良好的可施工性,并结合试验进一步验证了搭接墙的传力机制和大震不屈服的设计要求。
Structural height of apartment tower 8# in Tianjin Kerry Center is 204.31m.Steel reinforced concrete frame-core system was adopted in this apartment tower.In the sixth layer,composite structural members were used to transfer the upper close-column to the lower and landing sparse-column.Overlapping wall was used to increase shear wall spacing from 16.9m to 18.3m to achieve larger lobby area.In design progress,the transfer structure at high level was carefully analyzed to guarantee the seismic performance objectives and good constructability.Lab test was also carried out to prove the load path in overlapping wall and non-yield seismic performance under severe earthquake.
