摘要
建筑平面内部中空,类似巨型烟囱,结构采用框架-剪力墙抗侧力体系,属于高度超限建筑,同时存在平面扭转不规则、楼板不连续、侧向刚度不规则及搭接柱转换等不规则项。设计采用基于性能的抗震设计方法,结果表明,结构体系各项相关参数满足规范要求,结构整体及各构件的抗震性能均可达到预期的抗震性能目标。
The architectural plane is hollow in the middle as a giant chimney. The structure, which adopts lateral resistant system of frame-shear wall, is an out-of.-code building which exceeds the requirements of height of the code and dxists irregularity conditions as torsional irregularity, floor discontinuity, lateral stiffness irregularity and the lapping column transfer. Performance-based seismic design method was used in this tower. The result shows that relevant parameters can meet code requirements, and the seismic performance of the whole structure and components can reach the expected performance objectives.
