摘要
目的研究乳腺微创超声真空旋切手术治疗乳腺良性肿块的有效性和安全性。方法将2021年3月-2022年3月我院收治的82例乳腺良性肿块患者纳入研究,以随机数字表法分组,对照组和观察组各41例。对照组采用传统开放手术治疗,观察组采用乳腺微创超声真空旋切术治疗,比较两组临床手术指标、疼痛(VAS)评分、并发症发生率、瘢痕满意度、复发率。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、切口愈合时间、住院时间均小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后2 h、术后1天、术后2天疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,瘢痕满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);随访3个月,两组复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乳腺微创超声真空旋切手术治疗乳腺良性肿块,可减小手术切口,减少术中出血量,缩短手术、切口以及住院时间,降低并发症发生率,提高瘢痕满意度,减轻患者疼痛度,复发率低。
Objective To study the efficacy and safety of minimally invasive ultrasound-guided vacuum-assisted excision in the treatment of benign breast masses.Methods From March 2021 to March 2022,a total of 82 patients with benign breast masses diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The random number table method were used for dividing groups,both control group and observation group were 41 patients.The control was given by traditional open surgery,and the observation group was given by minimally invasive ultrasound-guided vacuum-assisted excision,and the clinical operation indexes,pain(VAS)score,complication rate,scar satisfaction and recurrence rate have been compared.Results The observation group had shorter operation time,intraoperative blood loss,incision length,incision healing time and hospitalization time than that in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had lower pain score than that of the control group at 2 h,1 day and 2 days after operation(P<0.05).The observation group had lower incidence of complications than that of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had higher scar satisfaction than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,there was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive ultrasound-guided vacuum-assisted excision for benign breast masses can reduce the surgical incision,reduce intraoperative blood loss,shorten the operation,incision and hospitalization time,reduce the incidence of complications,improve scar satisfaction,reduce patient pain,and the recurrence rate is low.
