摘要
目的:探讨超声辅助麦默通乳腺微创旋切术对乳腺良性肿瘤患者手术相关指标及炎症因子的影响。方法:选择2020年1月-2021年12月瑞昌市人民医院普外科收治的60例乳腺良性肿瘤患者,按随机数字表法将其分成两组,各30例。对照组行常规开放手术治疗,研究组行超声辅助麦默通乳腺微创旋切术治疗,术后随访3个月。比较两组手术相关指标、血清炎症因子水平、术后乳房美观度及并发症发生率。结果:研究组手术操作时间、术后切口愈合时间、术后住院时间、术后瘢痕直径均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与术前对比,术后3 d两组血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平均升高,但研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。与术前对比,术后3 d两组血清干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平均降低,但研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者术后3个月的乳房美观度为93.33%(28/30),高于对照组的70.00%(21/30),术后并发症总发生率为6.67%(2/30),低于对照组的26.67%(8/30),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声辅助麦默通乳腺微创旋切术对乳腺良性肿瘤的治疗效果确切,可减轻机体炎症反应,提升乳房美观度,且具有手术操作时间短、术中出血量少、术后恢复快、瘢痕小、并发症少等优势。
Objective:To investigate the effect of ultrasound-assisted Mammotome minimally invasive mastectomy on the surgical related indexes and inflammatory factors in patients with benign breast tumors.Method:A total of 60 patients with benign breast tumors from January 2020 to December 2021 admitted to the Department of General Surgery of Ruichang People’s Hospital were selected,they were divided into two groups according to the random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional open surgery,and the study group was treated with ultrasound-assisted Mammotome minimally invasive mastectomy,the postoperative follow-up was 3 months.The surgical related indexes,serum inflammatory factor level,postoperative breast beauty and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Result:The surgical time,postoperative incision healing time,postoperative hospitalization time and postoperative scar diameter in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative bleeding volume was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with those before surgery,the levels of serum C reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-10(IL-10)in both groups increased at 3 d after surgery,but those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with those before surgery,the serum interferon-γ(IFN-γ)levels in both groups decreased at 3 d after surgery,but the that in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The breast beauty of the patients in the study group was 93.33%(28/30),which was higher than 70.00%(21/30)in the control group,and the total incidence of postoperative complications was 6.67%(2/30),which was lower than 26.67%(8/30)in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound-assisted Mammotome minimally invasive mastectomy is effective in the treatment of benign breast tumors,it can reduce the inflammatory reaction of the body and improve the beauty of the br
